SALE FITTING:

We take a limited number of horses to be fitted for up coming sales 30, 60 or 90 days prior to the event. Months of availability are from July to February.

Care includes:
1. daily grooming
2. forced exercise
3. turn out on good days for liberty
4. bathing weekly, more often if needed
5. artificial lighting to improve shortness of hair coat
6. clipping, trimming etc.
7. delivery and prep for day of sale and care at sale, if owner requests

Any vet services , farrier services, medicines or special supplements will be responsibility of owner and applied to each months billing.

Delivery rate will be $2 per mile from farm to event, plus modest accommodation charge if overnight stay is required (hotel, etc) to be shared by number of sale horses on board per event.

Rates are as follows:

90 day rate $450 per month
60 day rate $550 per month
30 day rate $650 per month

YEAR ROUND MARE CARE:

RATES:
$250 per month includes
Pastured, hay and grain fed daily

Stall care for dry mares $13 per day as needed
Stall care for mare with baby $15 per day as needed

Vet services, medications, farrier charges or special supplements are extra and will be added to monthly invoice.

FOALING MARES:
We offer this service to in house or visiting mares. 24 hour surveillance guarantees that your mare gets the constant and very important care she needs at just the right time. All pregnant mares are kept in clean 12 X 24 foot stalls with a camera on each one. Each mare is cared for individually by handlers that know what to expect and how to recognize a problem if it should arise. All babies are IGG tested at 24 hours to insure passive immunity from dam. Any vet services required will be the responsibility of the mare owner.

RATES:
$250 for foaling mare out on premises
$13 per day before foaling
$15 per day after foaling

POST SURGICAL LAYUPS:

We provide excellent recuperative care for horses that have had surgery and need to leave the vet clinic, but still need a level of care that the horse owner either cannot provide because of a work schedule or due to a lack of facilities to assure their best buddy is going to rest quietly after a hospital stay. We provide two sizes of stalls and turnouts according to what the vet’s instructions direct. Any vet services, medicines or bandaging materials are responsibility of horse owner and will be applied to invoice at end of stay.
Vet on call 24 hours a day.

$15 per day
